Reference is made to the terms and conditions of the abovementioned note issue (the “Notes”) issued by Havator Group Oy (the “Issuer”) initially on 24 January 2020 in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Notes (the “Terms and Conditions”).
All capitalised terms used herein and not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions.
Referring to the notice of voluntary total redemption, published 24 October 2023, Havator Group Oy informs that the conditions for the Financing Arrangement have been fulfilled and that Havator Group Oy will redeem the Notes on 15 November 2023 pursuant to the notice of voluntary total redemption as informed.
