Press Release: Havator Oy Acquires the Business Operations of Kallioinen Cranes Oy

Havator Oy has acquired the business operations and equipment of Kallioinen Cranes Oy. The acquisition took effect on 18 June 2025. As part of the deal, Kallioinen Cranes employees will transfer to Havator and continue in their current roles.
This acquisition supports Havator’s strategic growth and strengthens its position as the leading provider of lifting solutions in the Nordic region. Kallioinen Cranes will continue to operate under its own brand as part of Havator’s service offering.
